Varying degrees of compensation may be available to you, depending on the nature of your injury. Certain benefits are paid to dependents of an employee whose death is caused by an accident during their course of employment.  Please review the Workers' Compensation Policy for more details.

Return to Work and Medical Appointment Policy

In situations when an employee sustains a work-related injury or illness, it is the intention of St. Norbert College that the disruption to the employee’s personal and work schedules be minimized as much as possible. On occasion, however, such work-related injury or illness will require that the employee have follow-up or periodic appointments with medical practitioners. In such situations, the College requests that employees schedule such medical appointments outside of their normal work schedule.
