At St. Norbert College, considerations may be given allowing employees to modify their work schedules, providing the College’s needs can still be met. The college may also initiate an alternative work arrangement for you if college access is limited due to environmental and/or natural disasters, because of a life-threatening communicable illness (emergency situations).
