    Group yoga sessions help participants increase their muscle tone, enhance flexibility, improve focus, boost energy levels and more.

    There are currently no yoga sessions scheduled. You are welcome to use the relaxation room at any time. If you choose to practice yoga independently, yoga mats, blocks, and other equipment are available for your use. This is an unsupervised space, so please use the equipment responsibly and within your own comfort level. Clean all equipment with the provided disinfectant wipes after each use.
