“Wellpoint Care Network has been at the forefront of the Trauma Informed Care (TIC) movement for more than 15 years. We’re proud of our trauma-informed history and our many contributions to the field, especially the Seven Essential Ingredients (7ei) framework that’s become the foundation of everything we do. Offering to share our knowledge, our Train the Trainer program enhances our collective approach to healing and educating others in Trauma Informed Care in our communities. Trauma-Informed Care trainers help others understand that what happens to us matters greatly to our physical and emotional well-being, our relationships, and our ability to thrive. Grounded in brain science and the principles of Trauma-Informed Care, trainers equip professionals with the knowledge and practical skills to recognize the impact of trauma and respond in ways that promote healing.”
Group trainings are offered on campus to students, staff and faculty by request.
