New Student Move In
Most new students (first-year and transfer alike) move onto the St. Norbert campus on the Thursday before classes start. You will receive an email with your move in timeslot in mid to late July.
Some members of student organizations are required to arrive early (for organizations, athletics, or on campus jobs). Those students should refer to instructions given by an SNC coach, supervisor, or group leader. You can also refer to the grid listed on the righthand side of the page.
If you are not part of one of the “early arrival” groups, you must first report to Schneider Stadium (via Erickson Way, off Scheuring Road) on Thursday, Aug. 20. Orientation leaders will be there to help direct you to your residence hall when unloading space becomes available. Please watch in your email for the timeslot you will be able to arrive at the stadium.
Returning Student Move In
Returning students will be able to start moving into their Fall spaces starting the Friday before classes. Generally, returning students will report to their halls for check in or may call the RA on duty for their building if they arrive after hours. Please keep and eye out for communication on move in!
