Reserving a space

Whether you are hoping to host an event, have a meeting, hand out fliers, or other things that require a space, it must be reserved. Do not assume you can use a space without speaking to someone. A good rule of thumb is to reserve your space at least 4 weeks ahead of time. General Campus Space Reservations

Catering St. Norbert catering is available to internal groups and individuals at a discounted price. This is a wonderful perk, but takes time to be done well. Please contact catering staff with plenty of advance notice, at least 4 weeks prior to your needed date, if not earlier. Catered Events Webpage

Risk Management & Waivers Safety should always be a priority for your group. Should you be hosting something that might need a waiver, we recommend you meet with us and/or speak with the risk management office. Events that require a waiver must be approved first. Waivers will then be engrained into your event on mySNC. Center for Student Engagement - Campus Center Suite 330

Frequently Used Vendors Our center works with hundreds of vendors each year. We know the good from the bad, and all those in between. Use our experience to make yours better. It's also likely the payment process will be smoother for you as these vendors may be in the St. Norbert finance system already. This is not an exhaustive list, but a great place to start.
