Academic Affairs - Division Overview

The Academic Affairs Division is central to supporting the student journey towards a degree. Across all four years of their college career at SNC, students rely on faculty, innovative course design, research opportunities, and academic services to see them through. Inside and outside of the classroom, the division of Academic Affairs forms the scaffolding for student success. Faculty and staff within the division are dedicated to providing meaningful degrees that lead to careers, graduate schools, strong networks and personal growth.

We invite you to explore an example journey demonstrating how students might engage with our division across their college career. Parallel to the four-year academic journey is the four-year career development journey.

The SNC experience focuses on career readiness, but with the added value of a well-rounded education in the liberal arts, such as religion, science, mathematics, history, philosophy, languages, communication, psychology, art and music.

Regardless of their chosen degree, our students fully engage with the SNC experience, and learn how to:

  • Communicating effectively
  • Problem solve creatively
  • Behave ethically
  • Interact respectively
  • Serve responsibly
  • Live purposefully
