The Residential Service Programs include second-year service students and the Residential Themed Communities. These residential service programs place St. Norbert students at a community partner site focused on poverty and youth. Students participate in orientation, training and reflection activities and serve weekly at their sites. The overarching goals of the programs are:

• Live: Nurture an environment where joy and authentic relationships can grow.

• Learn: Engage with diverse stories, identities, and experiences.

• Serve: Develop and apply skills, knowledge, and values to be purposeful and effective partners.

During the academic year, students will impact community needs through service with:

• Aldo Leopold Community School

• Boys and Girls Club of Green Bay

• Freedom House

• House of Hope

• Howe Elementary Community School

• St. John's Ministries

• Syble Hopp School

• Greater Green Bay YMCA
