St. Norbert College Official Transcripts are ordered online through the National Student Clearinghouse.
Starting in Fall 2018 the official St. Norbert College transcript will include notation of probation, suspension, dismissal and expulsion status for any student sanctioned under the Academic Honor Code or the Student Standards of Conduct (The Citizen). In 2002, United States of America v. Miami University; Ohio State University, et al. unanimously ruled that disciplinary records are educational records under FERPA. Thus, they may only be released with a student’s consent, as required for a transcript release. Notations will appear on the front of a transcript, as a note on the term the action was taken. The transcript key will include short definitions of each notation.

This policy was developed by the office of student judicial affairs and the associate academic dean, in accordance with the best practices of the American Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers (AACRAO) and the Association for Student Conduct Administrators (ASCA).
If you are a currently enrolled student looking for an "unofficial transcript" you can print your own by logging into Degree Works. In the top right corner of your Degree Works profile, you will see a small "printer" symbol. Click on that symbol and you are ready to print a copy of your Unofficial Transcript. If you with to save a copy as a PDF, change the destination from a printer to "Save as PDF". Current students can also print their unofficial transcripts by logging into KnightLine
