Online payments can be made by ACH(checking/savings) or by Debit/Credit card.

For an ACH payment using a checking or a savings account, you will need to have your bank routing number and bank account number. This service is no charge through the payment portal.

For a Debit/Credit card payment, we accept Visa/Mastercard/Discover and American Express. This service has a convenience fee assessed by the service provider.


St Norbert College cannot accept any payment over the phone.

St Norbert College partners with Nelnet to offer payment plans for families who wish to pay their out-of-pocket expense as a monthly payment.

There is a $100 non-refundable enrollment fee per payment plan.

This payment option allows families to divide their out of pocket expenses into monthly payments by providing multiple plan options. Enrolling early is encouraged to utilize the full potential of the payment plans.

It is important that students ensure that their balance owed to St Norbert College matches the amount budgeted on their Nelnet monthly payment plan by reviewing their monthly billing statements.

• Note: J-Term and Summer expenses should not be included when determining your payment plan.
