Student Account Services manages the college's billing and accounts receivable process. Responsibilities include maintaining student accounts, such as billing, payments, disbursement of personal loans, credit refunds and 1098T tax forms. Our dedicated staff understands that a college education is a significant investment for our students and families, and promise to provide helpful and knowledgeable assistance in a timely manner. We are committed to assisting our customers with efficiency and respect, providing professional and quality service.
Accounting Services handles all general ledger transactions, endowment accounting, financial reporting (including the annual audited financial report and IRS form 990/990T), and accounts payable. Our team is responsible for compliance with laws and regulations including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), as well as developing and monitoring internal controls. Accounting Services acts as a steward of the college's resources. Our team is dedicated to serving the financial needs of the college and helps to support overall operations by providing accurate and timely service to students, faculty, and staff.
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) is responsible for the overall financial well-being of St. Norbert College, working to:
-Develop and execute the annual budget and forecasts during the fiscal year.
-Develop short-term, intermediate, and long-term financial plans and models to support resource allocation, capital planning, and strategic goals.
-Provide oversight and reporting to senior management on financial operating performance.
-Track analytics related to financials and present these findings to senior management to help make key decisions.
