Our marketing work is directed primarily toward external audiences including prospective students and their parents, alumni, donors and other friends of the college. College publications are issued to alumni, parents, friends of the college and other subscribers with the aim of deepening relationships and engagement with the college.

Brand management

Creators and stewards of the St. Norbert College brand, ensuring that all outreach from the college reflects brand guidelines contained in the St. Norbert College brand identity guide. Maintain the communications hub, including  identity and photography assets. Assist vendors and other users of identity marks to ensure quality and consistency.

Social media

Manage and monitor St. Norbert College’s institutional social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, TikTok and Flickr. Create content for these channels — photo- to video-based — and track monthly analytics by post. Provide consultation and implementation of other department and area social media accounts in accordance with the college’s social media policies. Oversee paid social media advertising for the college.

Marketing e-communications

Coordinate and provide copywriting and design for broadcast email and other e-marketing communications, including enrollment-focused campaigns, a monthly events e-comm and other emails and newsletters. Monitor analytics and provide reports to campus partners to measure the effectiveness of their e-communications.

Marketing communications development

Provide on-brand messaging and brand-aligned design for multichannel distribution ranging from print publications (booklets, brochures, postcards, direct mailers, posters, invitations, flyers and specialty publications) to digital billboard advertising. Ensure that all marketing communications are accurate, credible and conform to St. Norbert College style. Anything else here  Anything else here

Photography and video production

Concept and produce videos to support the marketing objectives of the college. Manage pool of contract photographers and coordinate all photography on behalf of the college to ensure brand-aligned photo assets. Maintain college photo archive. Capture faculty and staff headshots.

Internal communications

Support the strategic internal and executive communications of the college. Oversee mySNC, the intranet for students, faculty and staff. Publish SNC News, the internal campus e-newsletter. Consult with campus partners on best practices for internal communications.

Publications

Chronicle the academic, cultural, spiritual and co-curricular life at St. Norbert College in regular publications including @St. Norbert e-newsletter, social media channels and Family Connection. Provide direction, negotiation and management for freelance writers, editors and proofreaders.

Subscribe to publications

Environmental graphics

Design and coordinate installation of on-brand environmental graphics ranging from wayfinding and building signage to murals and donor recognition. Provide graphics for digital signs on campus.

College stationery system

Design and maintain the college’s authorized and standardized stationery system including letterhead, business cards and a variety of envelopes, which are ordered and printed through the Digital Print Center on campus.
