   • Bring your computer to the session
   • Order SNC Transcript

   Receive Letter of Acceptance

   • Nominated by SNC Study Abroad Office
   • Receive the Letter of Acceptance
   • Receive links to the application of the Host Program and housing options

   Fill out the applications

   • Fill out the application from St. Norbert College ( VIA-TRM)
   • Fill out the application from the Host Program, Housing application

   Create a Course List

   • Submit a course list from the host program, 12-15 credits

   Visa Application

   • Double-check the visa requirement
   • The Requirement may very based on different countries

   Financial Aid Options

   • Make an appointment with the SNC Office of Financial Aid to explore the options of payment plans and scholarships

   Purchase Flight Tickets

   • Receive the letter of acceptance first, then purchase the tickets
   • Book tickets through reputable airline companies

   Pay Tuition and Fees

   • All tuitions and fees must be paid or the payment arrangement must be made before the departure date

    Travel Registration

    • Register for STEP
    • Register for VIA

    • Passport, letter of acceptance, and other documents

    • Double-check your luggege
    • Stay in contact with family members, school officials
    • Double-check travel arrangement
    • Arrive safely and stay safe
