Campus Safety is currently accepting applications for student employment. If you are a hard-working, dependable person who wants to make a positive impact upon the St. Norbert College community, keep reading!
We are interested in students who can work in a team environment and can perform duties in a professional, compassionate and respectful manner. Successful student applicants will have a grade point average of 2.0 or above and have a genuine interest in helping to make St. Norbert College a better place. Some of the general duties are driving the student shuttle and assisting with large campus events like SNC days.
Our student assistants must be able to work in the late evening and early morning hours and on the weekends. All applicants must be willing to work hard, because you will; but you must also be willing to have fun, because you’ll do that, too.

The Campus Safety Department consists professional staff members supported by St. Norbert College student assistants. Campus Safety staff members are not sworn police officers. They have no arrest powers and do not carry weapons.
Student Campus Safety Assistant - Shuttle Driver
Basic function and responsibility
Provide support for the Campus Safety department as needed, drive the student shuttle, and assist at large college events events like SNC Day, Commencement, and Freshman move in. The student shuttle runs daily when classes are in session fall and spring semester. The shuttle transports students from any building or parking lot on campus. Shuttle shifts are scheduled considering assistants availability and academic obligations.
Campus Safety student assistants must be able to work in the evening-late evening. Shifts available during the fall and spring semester, 5pm-9pm; 9pm-11pm; 11pm-1am. All applicants must be reliable, must be wiling to volunteer for shifts when needed and be willing to work as part of a team.
