Residential Meal Plan Requirement Details
First and second year students residing in the residence halls: Madeline/Lorraine, Bergstrom, Mary Minahan McCormick, Burke, Sensenbrenner, Victor McCormick, and St. Joseph hall are required to be on one of the Knight All-Access Meal Plans. Students will select their meal plan during the annual housing application process sign up; or, through the Campus Card website once the housing process is closed. Meal plans are optional for third year, fourth year and commuter students, regardless of where they are living. All meals must be used within each semester.
Meal Dollars balances will roll over fall semester to spring semester. Meal Dollars must be spent by the end of May each academic year.
Knight All-Access Bronze Meal Plan - $3,275/semester
Knight All-Access Silver Meal Plan - $3,475/semester
Knight All-Access Gold Meal Plan - $3,475/semester
Knight All-Access Platinum Meal Plan - $3,795/semester
Meals and To-Go meals are redeemable at Ruth’s Marketplace. Meal Dollars may be redeemed at Phil’s, Ruth’s Marketplace (for guests or additional block meals), Ed’s Cafe, SNC Bookstore (food purchases only), and vending machines on campus. Meal Dollars are not available with Grubhub off-campus.
Terms and Conditions for Residential Plan
Meal plan contracts will automatically be renewed for the second semester. If there is a change in your enrollment status or residential living assignment, please refer to the residential meal plan changes and withdrawals.
Making Residential Meal Plan Changes
All meal plan changes for students who are required to be on the meal plan must be submitted to the Campus Card Office for approval. All meal plan changes must occur within the first two weeks of each semester. You may change your plan once during this time at no charge. Any additional changes during this time will result in a $25 service charge. Changes made after the two week period and before the end of the tenth week of the semester will result in a $75 late processing charge. Meals cannot be converted to Meal Dollars. No meal plan changes can be made after the tenth week of the semester.
Optional Meal Plan Information
Optional meal plans offer the discount priced meals plus ample balances of discretionary spending. The following are optional meal plan choices for third year, fourth year, and commuter students. Third year, fourth year, and commuter students also have the option to select any of the Knight All-Access Meal Plans. All meals must be used within the semester. Meal Dollars balances will roll over fall semester to spring semester. Meal Dollars must be spent by the end of May each year.
Green 110 Block Meal Plan - $1,895/semester
Gold 75 Block Meal Plan - $1,595/semester
Norby’s 80 Block Meal Plan - $1,325/semester
Norby’s 60 Block Meal Plan - $1,125/semester
Norby’s 40 Block Meal Plan - $925/semester

Terms and Conditions for Optional Plans
Meal plan contracts will automatically be renewed for the second semester (excludes Optional Semester Block Meals) unless Campus Card Services is notified prior to the start of the semester. Withdrawls
St. Norbert College will refund board charges in full if written notification of cancellation is made before the beginning of the term of the meal plan contract. Subsequent board charges for the meal portion of the plan will be refunded after the term has begun, on a pro-rata basis. Additional charges will be incurred for any used Meal Dollars. Meal Dollars carried over from the fall semester are non-refundable.
