The 4+1 MBA program allows motivated students to earn both a bachelor’s degree and an MBA in as little as five years.   • Eligibility

    The 4+1 MBA program is open to qualified St. Norbert College undergraduates who meet the following academic and application requirements:

    1. Must be a current St. Norbert College undergraduate student.
    2. Open to students with majors in the Schneider School of Business and Economics as well as all Business Administration minors, regardless of major.
    3. Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00 (or a competitive GPA considered on a case-by-case basis).
    4. Completion (or planned completion) of required prerequisite coursework.

    • BUAD 494 Internship (taken prior to completion of undergraduate degree or 8 credits of internship must be taken in graduate program)

    Equivalent coursework may be accepted with approval.

  • Application Timing

    • Applications will be accepted on a rolling basis.
  • Application Process

    Complete the online application.

    • Include one letter of recommendation from your advisor. The letter should include the name, title and email address of the reference.
    • Include a copy of your unofficial transcript or a PDF copy of your DegreeWorks.

    Decision

    • Considering the entirety of your application, the dean will make a final acceptance decision. If you’re accepted, you’ll be notified of your admission decision within 10 days after your application is submitted.
