mySNC Posting and Commenting Policy

mySNC users are responsible for knowing and abiding by St. Norbert College’s policies governing standards of conduct, such as the student handbook, faculty handbook and employee handbook; the Gender-Based Misconduct and Sexual Harassment Policy; and the Computing and Networking Appropriate Use Policy. These documents include provisions for sanctions and liabilities.

mySNC administrators reserve the right, but are not obligated, to block users or remove comments that are:

• Abusive, vulgar, profane, racist, sexist, violent or obscene
• Store, display, transmit, or intend or solicit receipt of material that is or may reasonably be regarded as obscene, sexually explicit or pornographic.
• Campaign for public office, solicit political contributions or are considered to be political lobbying
• Considered to be spam, including content that sells products or services unrelated to the college
• Advocating illegal, dangerous or destructive activity
• Threatening, attacking or containing falsehoods or unsupported accusations of St. Norbert College students, employees, visitors or other individuals
• Clearly off topic
