  • Why can’t I edit my profile photo?

    To ensure consistency across SNC platforms, your official SNC photo – the one on file with Campus Card Services or in Workday – will be used as your mySNC profile photo. Employees should contact the office of communications at communications@snc.edu to obtain a professional headshot for both Workday and mySNC.

  • How do I adjust my privacy settings?

    All users are asked to complete a brief, one-time user onboarding, which includes a review of privacy settings, the first time they sign into mySNC. You also can access your privacy settings at any time by clicking on your profile photo. On desktop, click on your photo in the upper right corner, then select ”Privacy Settings” in the dropdown menu.

    Data from mySNC, powered by CampusGroups, is not shared with outside parties. Read the CampusGroups privacy policy.

  • Why doesn’t the “Supervisory Organization” listed in my profile match my office/department’s name?

    To ensure consistency across SNC platforms, mySNC pulls in department information from Workday. The department assignment in the SNC directory works differently with Workday than it did previously with Banner. An employee's department is now set based on the organization that is funding the position.   • My personal information isn't correct. How do I change it?

    mySNC pulls information from other SNC databases. Students should correct their personal information by reaching out to the Registrar. Employees should correct their personal information through Workday.

  • Why is my office or department not showing up as a group?

    The mySNC implementation team is still in the process of building out departmental groups. We anticipate this stage of implementation to continue through Fall 2022. At this time, we’re working with groups that host events for students, faculty and staff. If your department has not yet been created, but you have an event you’d like to create and promote within mySNC, please contact us at communications@snc.edu.

  • How can I create events for my department or group?

    Email us at communications@snc.edu. We’ll set up a time to walk through mySNC event creation with you.
