Performance Evaluations
The evaluation cycle for the college will be kicked off in Workday starting with the self-evaluation on July 15. The evaluation is a review of work performed from August 1, 2025 through July 31, 2026. Training for completing the evaluation process in Workday will be offered in June.  As a reminder, goals can be updated or set at any time by following the Setting Goals job aid.

Summer Workday Delegation
As summer is often the season for vacations, please remember that things like payroll processing still need to happen while you are away. Staff should be sure to delegate Workday tasks (such as timesheet approvals) to their colleagues before leaving campus.

Attention Managers
If you are planning to hire incoming students as temporary staff over summer or continue employment for newly graduated students, please connect with the HR office (email: hr@snc.edu) for guidance.

Timesheets
As a reminder, hourly employees’ timesheets need to be submitted by noon every other Monday for payroll processing.  Timesheets need to be approved no later than 4pm Monday for payroll processing.  Please be mindful of these deadlines.

• Check with your doctor for your next procedure and see if it can be done at a Surgical Center.

On Site Clinic - Summer Hours
The onsite clinic with Prevea will be open Mondays and Wednesdays from 8 am - 2 pm during the summer and is available to any employee on one of the SNC health plans.  This flyer shows how to schedule appointments. You will need to bring your medical insurance card to every appointment to be eligible.  To maintain the viable status of the HDHP plan and Health Savings Accounts, a Fair Market Value fee for those plan participants must be charged to use the clinic for non-preventative services. Therefore any services for employees on the PPO plan will be at no cost.  Services for employees on the HDHP plan will have a $10 or $25 Access Fee.  Click here for the list of services.

Have you moved?  Changed your phone number?  Please log into your Workday account to ensure your personal information (such as mailing address, phone number, and email address) is up-to-date.
