Office of Faculty Development

We provide programming for Faculty to develop their vocations, specifically their craft of teaching, their scholarly productivity, their service contributions, their commitment to SNC's Mission, and their overall morale.

Our Mission

We are committed to the professional and personal development of the faculty at St. Norbert College. We offer programs, provide funding, and support the orientation, growth, promotion, and tenure of individuals in their vocations as teacher-scholars committed to fulfilling the mission of the College. In doing so, we seek to enhance the teaching effectiveness, scholarly productivity, and service contributions of faculty while deepening the community of students, faculty and staff here at SNC.

Upcoming Programs:

  • A seminar for faculty, considering the meaning of our work in the midst of transitions in higher education
  • A January Conference on how we approach AI in our work at SNC
  • A gathering for "Celebrating Collegiality"
