St. Norbert College Dance Marathon is a service organization on campus, part of the nationwide movement of Miracle Network Dance Marathon. We raise funds and awareness for the Children's Wisconsin in Milwaukee and host an annual event, Miracle Day, that is a culmination of all we accomplish throughout the school year. The campus and community (including Miracle Families from Children's Wisconsin) come together to celebrate the awareness and money raised over the past 12 months. There is music, silent auction, guest speakers, trivia, bingo, a reflection room, and more!

On March 17, 1917, five courageous women attending New York University School of Law could not find a membership accepting of all backgrounds. Therefore, they formed Delta Phi Epsilon with the purpose of accepting all races and relgions-one of the first non-sectarian, social sororities to do so. Since our founding over 100 years ago, we have grown into a thriving organization with over 67,000 initiated members, representing 109 chapters located across the United States and Canada. Our mission as an international sorority is to provide a sisterhood experience rich with tradition, innovation and opportunities for growth. Create a group of like-minded individuals who want to play an active role in creating change and will consider the environmental impact of SNC's policies and practices to ensure the college operates and grows in a manner that respects our local and global governments. 3. Initiate green movements on campus, focusing on a reduction of waste (specifically reducing single use plastic bags and water bottles), recycling, energy efficiency, preservation of biodiversity, reduction of human impact on the natural world, and sustainable food production. We will facilitate programs and events that relate to these areas and will ultimately improve environmental quality and increase sustainability. 4. Scholars for Community Engaged Vocation is a pathway through college and a community for students to share stories and grow together toward a more just world. Students participate in campus activities like Navigate, TRIPS, the Michels Hall Service Program, and Community-Engaged courses throughout the year and SCEV pays for coffee, dinner, workshops, service, and a retreat to reflect on how you're growing through conversations with other students, alumni, and mentors. Students in SCEV are offered funding to pay for expenses associated with many service activities including participation fees in TRIPS and reimbursement for driving to community service organizations.

Thin Place is an inclusive Christian gathering to help students uncover life's meaning by cultivating faith, being in community, and growing in wisdom. We gather twice each month on Sunday nights to share dinner, pray for each other, share our lives, and receive communion from a local Protestant minister. There is a tradition in the lands we think of as Celtic that there are special places in the world where the veil between heaven and earth is "thin." We gather in the same belief the our presence with each each other makes the presence of God all the more clear (Matt 18:18-20).

The Tech Bar is thing and a place for students, faculty and staff development of digital skills and competencies. Knights for Life is the Pro-Life club on campus. We promote the Pro-Life cause via three pillars.

The first pillar is education, including dialogue, on the subject of abortion. We do this through tabling events where we discuss with students and encourage caring and productive dialogue.

The second pillar is supporting pregnant women on campus and beyond. This we do via encouragement, raising awareness about local resources, and overall reducing the stigma of being pregnant in college.

The third pillar is supporting families with resources for their young ones. We primarily do this via our annual Baby Bottle Drive, where we work with the SNC parish to raise money for a local center.

The Function of the Norman Miller Center for Peace, Justice and Public Understanding
Catholic social teaching and our Norbertine heritage inspire us to be advocates for the common good and builders of sustainable peace. Paul VI said, "If you want peace, work for justice." More recently, Benedict XVI wrote, "The more we strive to secure a common good corresponding to the real needs of our neighbors, the more effectively we love them. Every Christian is called to practice this charity, in a manner corresponding to his [or her] vocation and according to the degree of influence he [or she] wields in the polis."

The Norman Miller Center for Peace, Justice and Public Understanding seeks to fulfill this calling. Through curricular and co-curricular programs, we partner with all academic disciplines in cultivating awareness, compassion and commitment to justice and the building of sustainable peace. We seek peace in the broadest sense as shalom, and we pursue justice not as revenge, but as the establishment of what is right.

Informed action depends on understanding. As part of St. Norbert College’s Division of Academic Affairs, the Norman Miller Center provides resources and opportunities for the St. Norbert College community and others to discuss, understand and partner for change in some of the most complex issues of our time. Our curricular and co-curricular programs help prepare students to engage with issues of peace and justice both locally and globally with clarity and charity.

Order of Omega is a leadership honor society for members of Greek organizations. Order of Omega recognizes juniors and seniors who have exemplified high standards in the areas of scholarship, leadership, involvement within their respective organization and within the Greek, campus, and local community. Members are selected from the top 3% of students at each institution. To date, over 500 chapters have been chartered throughout North America, each sharing the common goal of recognizing the many outstanding student leaders at their institution. We are proud to have the Rho Beta chapter on the St. Norbert Campus to honor those students leadership-oriented, philanthropic and academic as well as involved in greek life.Although we are only allowed 3% of the students involved in Greek life at St. Norbert, those students that are involved show the truest commitment to the standard that our society strives to uphold. SNC Pen Pals is an organization of St. Norbert College students working with freshman AVID (Advancement Via Individual Determination) Programs at Green Bay area high schools. the mission of the organization is for SNC students to communicate with the high school students throughout the academic year via a "snail mail" letter exchange system, acting as a mentor and getting to know the student. The purpose of the Philosophy Club is to create a safe and comfortable environment for any interested student who wishes to learn more about philosophical doctrines and the importance of critical thinking. In addition, the club will focus on topics that students judge to be most beneficial and engaging to discuss. The club will primarily be weekly informal debates and monthly off campus events. Most of the off campus events will be at St. Bernard's Inn, a gathering room, orchestrated by Green Bay University, that brings philosophers together to discuss hot topics. Philosophy Club will strive to plan two trips that focus on traveling outside the DePere/Green Bay area and will most likely be tailored to experiencing a new culture or tradition. Lastly, there will be two service events per semester for students to learn the importance of community service and lending a hand. Thin Place is an inclusive Christian gathering to help students uncover life's meaning by cultivating faith, being in community, and growing in wisdom. We gather twice each month on Sunday nights to share dinner, pray for each other, share our lives, and receive communion from a local Protestant minister. There is a tradition in the lands we think of as Celtic that there are special places in the world where the veil between heaven and earth is "thin." The mission of Women in STEM (WiSTEM) is to provide connections and a supportive community for students in the wide array of science programs at St. Norbert College. These programs include, but are not limited to, biology, natural science, environmental science, geology, chemistry, physics, pre-engineering, mathematics, computer science, and data analytics. The group brings in inspiring speakers, including alumni, which aim to provide guidance and strengthen the retention of women in STEM graduate studies and careers. Meetings and events create a space where one can discuss science and celebrate the lived experiences of women in STEM with a group of engaged peers.
