Through membership in Alpha Xi Delta, Sisters are inspired to realize their potential through the ideals our Founders instilled in our Fraternity: Sisterhood, leadership, knowledge, and service to our communities.

Mission
On March 17, 1917, five courageous women attending New York University School of Law could not find a membership accepting of all backgrounds. Therefore, they formed Delta Phi Epsilon with the purpose of accepting all races and relgions-one of the first non-sectarian, social sororities to do so. Since our founding over 100 years ago, we have grown into a thriving organization with over 67,000 initiated members, representing 109 chapters located across the United States and Canada. Our mission as an international sorority is to provide a sisterhood experience rich with tradition, innovation and opportunities for growth. Our vision is to inspire and empower our sisterhood to engage in a lifetime of leadership and service. Our philanthropies are Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, Delta Phi Epsilon Educational Foundation, and The National Association for Anorexia Nervosa and Associated Disorders.

Mission
The sisters of Kappa Beta Gamma International Sorority are an organization dedicated to improving its members morally, socially and intellectually. As friends, we are committed to bettering our school and communities by offering leadership opportunities during and beyond our college days.

Membership Benefits
Sisters of active members are provided with the opportunity to create ever lasting bonds with their sisters within the Theta chapter and chapters across the nation. Group members are invited to get to know the members of other greek organizations on campus through mixers throughout the semester. Sisters are provided with service opportunities with in Brown county to work with the national and chapter philanthropies.

We, as undergraduate members of women's fraternities, stand for good scholarship, for guarding of good heath, for maintenance of fine standards, and for serving to the best of our ability, our college community. Cooperation for furthering fraternity life in harmony with its best possibilities is the ideal that shall guide our fraternity activities. We, as fraternity women, stand for service though the development of character inspired by the contact and deep friendship of individual fraternity and Panhellenic life. The opportunity for wide and wise human service, through mutual respect and helpfulness, is the tenet by which we strive to live.
