Mission
NRHH is composed of the top 1% of leaders on campus. There are four pillars that each member can continue to strive to achieve: scholastic, recognition, service, and leadership. NRHH encourages the development and continued commitment to leadership within the areas of these pillars on the local, regional, and national levels.

Membership Benefits
Members receive national recognition for being within the top 10% of leaders on their campus. Students receive a t-shirt, a pin, and cords upon graduation.
