LGBTQ+Spectrum Aliance finds value in educating its members, supporters, and St. Norbert College campus on issues pertaining to lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, questioning, etc. (LGBTQ+) issues, as well as issues affecting those with allyship and supporters. LGBTQ+ Spectrum Alliance exists to protect, voice, and act upon the needs and the rights of the LGBTQ+ students on campus, and in communities outside St. Norbert College as well. We strive for formal and informal social networking and support of LGBTQ+ college community members, as well as its straight members. We maintain an open, welcoming, non-judgmental and non-partisan environment for sharing experiences and opinions, especially regarding sexual orientation, gender identity, and relationship issues. At its heart, LGBTQ+ Spectrum Alliance is a proponent of the LGBTQ+ community and deeply cares about educating people of the St. Norbert community regarding issues of healthy relationships of all kind. The LGBTQ+ Spectrum Alliance hosts several events in support of the LGBTQ+ community such as Day of Silence, Knight of Noise, and our Annual Drag Education Event. As members of this group, we seek to express support of those who are in the LGBTQ+ community or those that have allyship on St. Norbert College's campus.
