Details

Sachin Shivaram is the CEO of Wisconsin Aluminum Foundry, where he leads a company with a century-long legacy in manufacturing. His career in the metals industry spans leadership roles at global companies such as ArcelorMittal, Severstal, and Tenaris. He has a passion for building strong company cultures, driving operational excellence, and fostering innovation in manufacturing.

Beyond his role at WAF, Sachin serves as Chairman of the Wisconsin Council on Workforce Investment, a director of the Green Bay Packers, and a board member of Broadwind Inc. (NASDAQ: BWEN) and of Graftech Inc. (NYSE: EAF). He also teaches Business Ethics & Values-Based Leadership in the MBA program at St. Norbert College.

Sachin holds degrees from Harvard University, the University of Cambridge, and Yale Law School. He is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese and lives in De Pere, Wisconsin, with his wife and two sons.

At our event, Sachin will share insights on leadership, ethics, and the importance of equity, diversity, and inclusion in business. His talk will draw from real-world experiences, highlighting the role of values-based leadership in fostering strong organizations and communities. Light refreshments will be provided.
