The Office of Institutional Effectiveness (OIE) at St. Norbert College has three major functions:

Institutional Research

Conducting institutional research on questions regarding students, faculty, staff, programs and policies at the college, and sharing and disseminating data and findings with internal and external audiences.

Student Learning Outcomes

Overseeing, coordinating, and supporting the institution’s efforts to assess student learning outcomes at the college and discipline/program level.

Accreditation

Coordinating and supporting the institution’s efforts to comply with policies and criteria for accreditation established by the Higher Learning Commission.
