Online appointment scheduling in Health Services
Health Services provides many low- or no-cost services right here on campus. Most appointments can be scheduled on the same day, and scheduling is easy and convenient with online appointment scheduling.
To schedule online, follow these simple steps:
- Go to snc.medicatconnect.com and sign in to the Medicat Patient Portal.
- Click on the “Appointments” link on the left of the screen.
- Search for available appointments and choose what works best for you.
Appointments may also be scheduled by calling Health Services directly at 920-403-3266 or by secure email via health@snc.edu. Please also contact the office directly if you do not see a time that works for you.

Knight All-Access meal plan update: Guest pass use
To keep the cost of meal plans affordable as the cost of food rises, there will be some changes to our guest meal-pass policy with the Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum Knight All-Access meal plans.
Students on a Knight All-Access Plan may use their two passes per week for their own personal use as carryout meals only. The use of these passes as guest swipes is no longer permitted. If you wish to treat a guest, you can admit guests with your balance of Meal Dollars.
Those with third- and fourth-year block plans may continue to use their plans as they see fit, for themselves or guests, for dine in or carryout.
Thank you for helping us be responsible with our resources.

Changes in print/printer management
The process for help with printer and printing issues has changed. College employees can email auxserv@snc.edu 24/7 or call Information Services at 920-403-4030 weekdays 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Please share the printer make, model and location of the device along with the problem. Staff will respond accordingly and in a timely manner to help resolve the issue. Requests for paper and toner supplies should continue to be made through the Print Center Submit a Job link.
Find more printing help on the ITS website.
The college has a service and support agreement with Marco to maintain and support the large multi-function printer/copier/scanner devices (MFD). All other printers are owned and supported by the college. Where possible, the college is seeking efficiencies through downsizing the owned fleet of printers and requests all personnel and departments to shift printing and copying needs to one of the many MFDs in your work areas. While this may involve taking a few more steps to retrieve a print job or make a copy, doing so helps the college save on the costs of maintaining the overall printer fleet. Please contact auxserv@snc.edu or call 920-403-4030 if your area has a standalone printer you no longer need; staff will come and remove it.
