  • Fall 2026 Important Dates:

    August 17-18 - International student campus airport pick-up and campus arrival days

    August 19-20 - Fall 2026 International Student Orientation

    August 21 - Welcome Week begins

    August 24 - Fall semester classes begin

  • Traveling to St. Norbert College

    Plan your travel to the United States and De Pere, Wisconsin.

    • Arrange your flight to the United States. The closest major airport is Green Bay Austin Straubel International Airport (GRB). The airport is a 10-minute drive from campus
    • From the airport, you can take a rideshare or request airport pick-up from the Center for Global Engagement to campus..

    You may enter the U.S. no more than 30 days prior to your program start date listed on the I-20 form. If you try to enter the U.S. more than 30 days before this starting date, you may not be permitted to enter the U.S.

  • Student Arrival Information

    Once your arrival plans have been finalized, please complete the Arrival Form. The Arrival Form is due by August 1st, 2026.

  • New International Student Orientation

    International Student Orientation is your first step toward an exciting new chapter at St. Norbert College. Orientation will help you feel confident and prepared for the new experiences that await you.

    Orientation includes:

    • Guidance on maintaining lawful immigration status
    • Academic advising and support services
    • Introduction to college culture, campus housing, and activities
    • Health and Wellness

    After orientation, students join the SNC Week of Welcome activities.

    Attendance is mandatory for all international students.
